dōTERRA shipping and delivery: where your order ships from, how long it takes, tracking, and what to do if a parcel is late
Which warehouse ships dōTERRA orders in Europe, the UK, North America and Global Access countries, how shipping cost is shown, typical delivery times, tracking, LRP orders, and what to do when a parcel is late.

Once the account is open and the cart is full, the practical questions start: where will the parcel come from, what will shipping cost, how long will it take, and who do I call if it does not arrive? This article answers those for every type of dōTERRA market — Europe, the UK, North America, the local markets like Kazakhstan or the UAE, and the Global Access countries that are served from the US. The point is not to promise delivery dates, which dōTERRA itself does not do, but to tell you what to expect and where to look when something goes wrong.
In short: your order ships from the warehouse that serves your market, the shipping cost and options are shown in the cart before you pay, delivery inside Europe or North America usually takes a few working days, tracking appears in your account and by e-mail, and if a parcel is late or damaged you contact dōTERRA support of your market with the order number.
Where your parcel comes from
The warehouse is decided by the market where your account was opened, not by the address you type in. That is why it matters to enroll in the right country — a point we keep repeating in the enrollment guide.
| Your market | Ships from |
|---|---|
| EU countries, United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova | the European warehouse |
| United States, Canada | North America |
| Kazakhstan, Israel, UAE | their own local markets |
| Global Access countries | the US, via a forwarding intermediary |
For Europe this means one warehouse serves the whole continent, including the UK after Brexit (dōTERRA handles customs for UK orders; you pay nothing extra on delivery), Ukraine and Moldova. Within the EU there is no customs at all. For Moldova and Ukraine the parcel crosses a customs border, and depending on the order value a duty can be charged on delivery — the cart shows what dōTERRA collects, and the local carrier collects anything that is due locally.
North America is straightforward: US accounts ship within the US, Canadian accounts within Canada, each with their own pricing and carriers.
Kazakhstan, Israel and the UAE are proper local markets: prices in local currency, a local warehouse, local carriers. The articles dōTERRA in Kazakhstan and dōTERRA in the UAE and Israel cover the specifics.
Global Access is different. In countries without official enrollment, dōTERRA ships your order from the US to a forwarding address, and a logistics intermediary sends it on to you. This adds a second shipping leg and, usually, import duty and VAT on arrival. It works, and thousands of people order this way, but it is slower and more expensive than a local market. The countries page shows which of the two applies to you.
What shipping costs
We are deliberately not printing shipping prices. They differ by market, by the size and weight of the order, by the delivery option, and they change. Printing a number here would mean someone reading this in a year sees the wrong one.
What we can say is how the cost is presented. In the cart, after you enter the address, the shop shows the available delivery options with their prices. You see the total — products, shipping, tax, and any renewal fee — before you confirm. There are no hidden charges added after payment in the official markets. For Global Access, the second leg (forwarder to you) and any customs are extra and are charged by the intermediary, not by dōTERRA; the first checkout shows the US part only.
Two practical notes:
- Larger orders are more economical per bottle: the shipping cost grows much more slowly than the order value, and in many markets a standard delivery option becomes free or nearly free above a certain order size. The cart tells you where that line is for your country.
- If you join the Loyalty Rewards Program, in most markets the shipping cost of an LRP order comes back as product points, which over a year pays for a bottle or two.
Delivery times
dōTERRA quotes no guaranteed delivery dates and neither do we. What usually happens:
| Market | Dispatch | Delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| Europe, UK | 1–2 working days | usually a few working days |
| US, Canada | 1–2 working days | usually a few working days |
| Kazakhstan, Israel, UAE | local processing | local carrier times |
| Global Access | US dispatch, then forwarding | longer; two legs plus customs |
“Usually” is the operative word. Around big promotions, at the end of a month when LRP orders are processed in bulk, and in December, dispatch can take longer. Remote addresses, islands and rural areas add carrier time. If you need oils by a particular date, order a week earlier than you think you need to.
Processing starts when the payment goes through. If your card payment was held for 3-D Secure confirmation and you did not complete it, the order sits as pending and nothing ships — the article on enrollment form errors explains what to do when a payment is declined.
Tracking your order
Tracking appears in two places. First, in your account: log in at doterra.com, open Orders, and once the order has shipped the status changes and a tracking number with a carrier link appears. Second, dōTERRA sends a dispatch e-mail with the same tracking link to the address on your account. If you do not see the e-mail, check the spam folder; if you cannot log in, this article walks through resetting the password.
The tracking link opens the carrier’s own page. In the first hours after dispatch it may show “label created” and nothing else — that is normal; the parcel has not been scanned yet. Give it a day before worrying.
For Global Access, there are two tracking numbers: one from dōTERRA for the US leg, and one from the forwarder for the international leg. The forwarder sends its own notifications.
LRP orders and shipping
If you have a Loyalty Rewards template, the order is created and charged on the processing date you chose, and it ships shortly afterwards like any other order. You get the same dispatch e-mail and the same tracking in your account. Two things people ask:
- Can I change the address for an LRP order? Yes, in the template, before the processing date. After processing the order is already in the warehouse queue, and address changes go through support.
- Does the free product of the month ship separately? No, it is in the same parcel.
The shipping points mentioned above are credited after the order ships and appear in the LRP section of your account.
Kits and stock
Kit availability varies by country and over time. A kit that is in stock in the US may not be listed in Europe, and a kit shown on a general product page may be out of stock in your market this month. In the enrollment form you only see the kits currently available for your country.
If the kit you had in mind shows as out of stock or does not appear:
- Pick another kit — the comparison in which enrollment kit to choose helps.
- Or skip the kit entirely and add individual products to the first order. The enrollment fee then applies (in Europe it is waived when the order reaches 150 PV), and the discount is exactly the same.
Do not wait for a kit to come back into stock before enrolling: the account does not depend on it, and you can always buy a kit later at the same wholesale price.
When something goes wrong
Parcels do go missing occasionally, bottles do break. Here is the order of operations:
The parcel is late. Check the tracking first — most “late” parcels are sitting at a depot or were attempted once while nobody was home. If tracking has not moved for several working days, or shows delivered and you have nothing, contact dōTERRA customer support of your market. Have the order number ready (it is in Orders in your account and in the confirmation e-mail). Support can see the carrier status, open a trace and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement.
The parcel arrived damaged. Photograph the box and the contents before throwing anything away, then contact support with the order number and the photos. A broken bottle is replaced; you do not usually have to send anything back.
Wrong items. Same route: support, order number, a photo of what arrived.
You enrolled through us and are not sure how to word the request, or support is in a language you do not speak. Write to us with the order number and we will help; we do this regularly. We cannot see your order from our side — only dōTERRA can — but we know what to ask for.
A note on timing: the sooner you report a damaged or missing parcel, the easier the claim. A fortnight is fine; six months later it is hard for anyone to help.
Address tips that save trouble
Most delivery problems start in the form. A few habits that help:
- Use the address format of your country exactly as the carrier expects it, including the postcode. In the European form, use Latin letters.
- Add a phone number with the country code; carriers in many countries call or send SMS before delivery.
- If you live in a building with an entrance code or a concierge, put that in the delivery notes field where the form offers one.
- The shipping address can differ from the billing address of your card, but both must be in your market. An account in Germany cannot ship to a friend in Switzerland, and vice versa.
- If you move, update the address in your account and in any LRP template; the template does not follow the profile automatically in every version of the back office.
In practice
For almost everyone, dōTERRA delivery is uneventful: you order, a dispatch e-mail arrives in a day or two, the parcel follows a few days later. The exceptions are predictable — the end of the month, December, Global Access — and the fix for problems is always the same: order number, dōTERRA support of your market, and us if you want help with the wording.
If you have not enrolled yet, choose your country on the home page so that the form opens for the right market and the right warehouse; the step-by-step guide shows every screen, including where the shipping options appear. Questions about shipping to your particular town, customs for Moldova or Ukraine, or how Global Access works for your country: write to us on Telegram, WhatsApp or by e-mail.
Shipping options, costs and times are set by dōTERRA and its carriers and may change; the current terms are shown in the cart before payment. dōTERRA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Questions and answers
Where does dōTERRA ship my order from?
It depends on your market. EU countries, the UK, Poland, Ukraine and Moldova are served from the European warehouse; the US and Canada from North America; Kazakhstan, Israel and the UAE from their own local markets. Global Access countries receive parcels from the US through a forwarding intermediary.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost and the available options are shown in the cart before you pay. They depend on your market and the size of the order, so there is no single number; check the cart and you will see the exact amount before confirming.
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few working days inside Europe and North America once the order has been dispatched. Global Access orders take longer because the parcel goes to a US forwarding address first and then on to you. dōTERRA does not guarantee delivery dates.
Where do I find the tracking number?
In your account under Orders, next to the order once it has shipped, and in the dispatch e-mail dōTERRA sends to the address on your account. Check spam if you do not see it.
My parcel is late or arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact dōTERRA customer support of your market with the order number; they can see the carrier status and open a claim or send a replacement. You can also write to us and we will help you word the request.
When does an LRP order ship?
On the processing date you chose in the template. The order is created and charged that day and leaves the warehouse shortly afterwards; tracking appears in the account as usual.
The kit I wanted shows as out of stock. What now?
Kit availability differs by country and changes over time. Pick another kit or build the order from individual products; the enrollment and the discount work the same way.
