dōTERRA in the UAE and Israel: enrollment, prices in dirhams and shekels, delivery from the local warehouse

The UAE and Israel each have their own dōTERRA market: a local warehouse, prices in AED and ₪, delivery within the country. What the fee and kits cost, how the forms work (English and Arabic in the UAE, English and Russian in Israel), and what to do in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the rest of the Gulf.

Two friends on a sofa looking at a dōTERRA bottle

Dubai and Tel Aviv are two of the cities we hear from most often, and the message is usually the same: “I have moved, my oils are running out, how do I order now?” The answer is the same for both countries. dōTERRA has its own official markets there with local warehouses, and you open an account directly — no reshipping from your home country, no friends with suitcases, and no marketplaces where half the bottles have an unknown history.

In short: enrollment costs AED 130 in the UAE and ₪103 in Israel, and with a starter kit you do not pay the fee at all. The UAE form is in English and Arabic, the Israel form in English and Russian, and parcels ship from the warehouse in your country.

Why you need an account in your country of residence

A dōTERRA account belongs to one market, and the market determines the warehouse, the currency and the delivery rules. A US, UK or European account will not let you enter an address in Dubai or Haifa — the form simply refuses a delivery address outside its country. The workarounds (reshipping through friends, “delivery by a consultant”) cost extra money and time, and you risk receiving something other than what you paid for.

An account opened for the UAE or Israel removes all of that: orders leave a warehouse inside the country, you pay in local currency, and there is nothing extra on delivery. This matters especially for expats on two- or three-year contracts, who often keep ordering on their old account and paying for international shipping long after a local option would have been cheaper.

dōTERRA allows one account per person. If you already have one elsewhere, the usual route is to let it lapse at renewal and open a new one at your new address. If your order history or loyalty points matter, write to us — there is a proper procedure for transferring a membership.

UAE: prices and the form

dōTERRA Lavender 15 mL bottle The Emirates have their own line in the enrollment form — “United Arab Emirates”, with Country=ARE in the address. The form lives on office.doterra.com and is available in English or Arabic. It is short, every field is self-explanatory, and if anything puzzles you we will go through it with you by message.

Wholesale prices from the UAE warehouse for autumn 2026:

Option Wholesale price What is inside
Enrollment fee only AED 130 Account with no products; order anything afterwards
Family Essentials AED 675 10 oils in 5 mL bottles
Home Essentials AED 1,275 10 oils in 15 mL bottles + diffuser

Prices in dirhams include everything: VAT, freight to the warehouse and logistics. There are no surprises on delivery — no duties, no “customs fee” — you pay exactly what the cart shows. Couriers deliver to an address in any emirate, usually within a few days, and the tracking number arrives by e-mail.

dōTERRA also has an active offline life in the UAE — meetups, workshops and a large, very international community. An account opened through our link does not limit your participation in any of it.

Israel: prices and the form

Israel is also a separate market with its own warehouse and prices in shekels, with Country=ISR in the address. The form can be switched between English and Russian, which makes it one of the easiest dōTERRA forms to complete if Hebrew is not your first language.

Option Wholesale price What is inside
Enrollment fee only ₪103 Account with no products; order anything afterwards
Family Essentials + MetaPWR ₪706 10 oils in 5 mL bottles + MetaPWR products
Home Essentials ₪1,278 10 oils in 15 mL bottles + diffuser

Note that the Israeli family kit differs from the one sold elsewhere: MetaPWR products are added to the ten 5 mL oils, which is why it costs more than a standard Family Essentials. Home Essentials is the same as everywhere: Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Frankincense, Tea Tree, Oregano, On Guard, Breathe, DigestZen, Deep Blue 5 mL and a diffuser. We look at it in detail in our Home Essentials review.

Delivery is from the Israeli warehouse to anywhere in the country; the cart shows the cost and estimated time before you pay.

Enrollment step by step

Both forms work the same way; only the country, the currency and the language differ:

  1. On our home page choose the UAE or Israel and click the button to go to enrollment. The official dōTERRA form opens with our enroller number 10452588 — it does not affect the price, it only links you to us for help.
  2. Region and country. Check that your country is in the first field. This is also where you pick the language.
  3. Account type. Wholesale Customer is the right choice for most people. Wellness Advocate only if you plan a business; you can switch later. The differences are in Wholesale Customer vs Wellness Advocate.
  4. Kit. One of the kits or the fee only. Individual products can be added to the same order.
  5. About you. First name, last name, date of birth, e-mail, phone, password. Check the e-mail twice: your member number arrives there.
  6. Enroller. Already filled in — leave it as it is.
  7. Shipping and payment. Your address in the country, an order review, card payment. The confirmation arrives by e-mail within a few minutes.

Every screen with screenshots is in our step-by-step guide. If the form will not let you continue, the cause is usually a phone number without the country code (+971 or +972) or a date of birth in the wrong format; write to us and we will sort it out.

What both countries have in common

dōTERRA Lemon 15 mL bottle The mechanics are the same as everywhere else. A wholesale account gives you 25% off retail on the whole catalogue for a year, with no obligation to sell and no monthly minimum. The one-time fee is waived when your first order is a starter kit. A year later the membership renews for a small amount, and dōTERRA sends a free 15 mL Peppermint with the renewal. If you do not renew, the account simply returns to retail prices — no debts, no penalties.

The Loyalty Rewards Program is optional. It returns 10–30% of your orders as points, but it works as a monthly template order that repeats until you cancel it, so turn it on only once you know you order regularly, and check the template before the processing date. More detail: how LRP works and the wholesale account explained.

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan

dōTERRA has no warehouse in the rest of the Gulf, and these countries do not appear in the first list of the form. They are served by the Global Access program: the account is opened through “Other”, orders ship from the US warehouse to a forwarder address in the US, and the forwarder sends them on to you. Instead of an enrollment fee you start with a kit: Home Essentials Simple at $206, Healthy Habits at $225 or Natural Solutions at $480. It is slower and more expensive than shipping from the Emirates, but it is the official route with no middlemen.

If you spend a lot of time in Dubai, receiving orders there on a UAE account is sometimes more convenient. Formally the account is tied to the country of delivery, so the address has to be real. Write to us and we will tell you honestly which option is simpler in your situation.

How the prices compare with Europe and elsewhere

For reference, here is the same Home Essentials kit in different markets:

Market Enrollment fee Home Essentials
UAE AED 130 AED 1,275
Israel ₪103 ₪1,278
Germany €24 €328
United Kingdom £24 £282
Kazakhstan 9,260 ₸ 170,000 ₸
Global Access (via the US) — Home Essentials Simple $206

Convert everything into the currency you think in and the difference between markets turns out to be small, because taxes and logistics to the warehouse are already built into every price. Asking someone to “bring it from Europe, it is cheaper there” rarely makes sense; why dōTERRA costs what it does is covered separately. If you live in Kazakhstan rather than the Gulf, see dōTERRA in Kazakhstan.

What to order first

dōTERRA Peppermint 15 mL bottle In a hot climate the most popular first orders are Peppermint, Lavender, Lemon and the protective blend On Guard. All of them come in Home Essentials together with a diffuser, and per bottle it is the best-value option. If you want to try everything in a compact form, choose Family Essentials with 5 mL bottles (in Israel, with MetaPWR). If you need just a couple of specific oils, pay the fee only and pick them yourself — for example the first five oils for your home. How to choose between the kits is explained here.

One warning: do not buy dōTERRA on local marketplaces or from “discount” social-media shops. With a warehouse in your own country it is simply unnecessary, and fakes turn up there regularly.

Common questions from Dubai and Tel Aviv

  • Do I need documents — an Emirates ID or a teudat zehut? Not as a Wholesale Customer: just your name, date of birth, e-mail, phone and address. Documents and tax details are only needed for advocates who receive commissions.
  • Which card can I use? A regular Visa or Mastercard from a local bank works best. Cards from banks abroad often work too; if a payment fails, try a local card.
  • Will someone try to recruit me into the business? No. We only write back when you ask us something. If the business side interests you, there is an honest article on whether you can make money with dōTERRA.
  • Can I have parcels delivered to my office or another emirate? Yes. The delivery address is set separately for each order, as long as it is in the account’s country.

How to start

On our home page choose the UAE or Israel — the form opens for your market with our enroller number, and five minutes later you have an account with 25% off and your first order on its way from a warehouse in your country. Questions go through the help form or Telegram; we reply within a day.

These statements have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities. dōTERRA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Terms and prices are set by the dōTERRA company for each market; current amounts are shown in the enrollment form.

Questions and answers

How much does it cost to join dōTERRA in the UAE?

The enrollment fee is AED 130. With a kit you do not pay it separately: Family Essentials is AED 675 and Home Essentials AED 1,275, fee included. These are wholesale prices for autumn 2026; the form shows the exact amounts once you choose the country.

How much does it cost to join dōTERRA in Israel?

The enrollment fee is ₪103. Kits: Family Essentials + MetaPWR is ₪706 and Home Essentials (10 oils in 15 mL plus a diffuser) is ₪1,278. The fee is included in every kit.

Which languages are the forms in?

The UAE form on office.doterra.com is in English and Arabic. The Israel form can be switched between English and Russian. Both are short, and we can walk you through every field if anything is unclear.

Where does my order ship from?

In the UAE, from the dōTERRA warehouse in the Emirates by courier to any emirate. In Israel, from the Israeli warehouse to anywhere in the country. There is no customs and nothing to pay on delivery: you pay in dirhams or shekels exactly what the cart shows.

I live in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain or Jordan. What are my options?

dōTERRA has no warehouse there, so the Global Access program applies: orders ship from the US warehouse to a US forwarder address, and the forwarder sends them to you. Instead of a fee you start with Home Essentials Simple at $206. Write to us and we will help you set it up.

I already have a dōTERRA account in my home country. Can I open a new one in the UAE or Israel?

dōTERRA allows one account per person. Usually the old account is simply not renewed and a new one is opened at the local address. If you want to keep your history and loyalty points, write to us — there is a proper procedure for transferring a membership.

Do I have to sell anything or order every month?

No. A Wholesale Customer account is 25% off retail for a year, with no minimums, no subscription and no recruiting. The loyalty program is switched on only if you want it.
