dōTERRA has its own official market in Kazakhstan: a separate warehouse, prices in tenge, courier delivery across the country and an enrollment form you can fill in English or Russian. Whether you have just moved to Almaty or Astana for work, or you have lived in Shymkent or Karaganda all your life, you do not need to order through Europe, the US or a friend with a suitcase — the account opens directly for Kazakhstan and parcels travel inside the country. Below we go through what it costs, what each screen of the form looks like, and what to watch for so you do not get stuck halfway.

In short: pick Kazakhstan on our home page, the official form opens with our enroller number 10452588 already filled in, you pay 9,260 ₸ for the enrollment or choose a kit (fee included), and a few days later a courier brings the order from the warehouse in Kazakhstan.

Why you need a Kazakhstan account specifically

A dōTERRA account belongs to one country, and that country decides three things: which warehouse ships your order, which currency you pay in and which delivery rules apply. If you keep a European or American account while living in Kazakhstan, you end up with a foreign currency, international shipping and customs at the border. With a Kazakhstan account none of that applies: the warehouse is inside the country, prices are in tenge, and the courier comes to your door.

This is the most common mistake we see from expats: they keep ordering on their home-country account, paying for international shipping and customs, without knowing there is a local warehouse.

In the enrollment form Kazakhstan is chosen in the very first field, “Region / Country”, as its own entry — not under “Other”. That matters: “Other” leads to the Global Access program with delivery via the US, while Kazakhstan has its own warehouse and its own prices.

One person, one account

dōTERRA allows only one account per person. If you already have one in another country — the UK, Germany, the US, Russia, anywhere — you cannot simply open a second. It is rarely a problem in practice: most people let the old account lapse at its renewal date and open a new one at their Kazakhstan address. If your order history or accumulated loyalty points matter to you, write to us — there is a proper procedure for moving a membership between markets, and we will walk you through it. On a short contract it is sometimes simpler to keep the account you have — tell us how long you are staying and we will say which is cheaper.

What it costs

dōTERRA Lavender 15 mL bottle The one-time enrollment fee in Kazakhstan is 9,260 ₸; in the form it is called the simple enrollment. For that you get an account with 25% off retail on the whole catalogue for a year, with no products included; after that you order whatever you like, whenever you like. If your first order is a starter kit, the fee is not charged separately — it is already part of the kit price.

A year later the membership renews for a similar amount, and with the renewal dōTERRA sends a free 15 mL Peppermint — in most markets that bottle is worth about as much as the renewal itself. If you do not renew, you lose nothing: the account simply goes back to retail prices until you decide to come back.

There is no monthly minimum. The Loyalty Rewards Program, which returns 10–30% of your orders as points, is switched on only manually and only if you want it — how LRP works. You do not have to sell, invite anyone or “build a team”: a Wholesale Customer is just a customer. For the full picture, read our guide to the wholesale account.

Kits and prices in tenge

These are the wholesale prices of the Kazakhstan warehouse for autumn 2026 — what the form shows once you choose Kazakhstan. The enrollment fee is included in every kit.

Option Wholesale price What is inside
Simple enrollment 9,260 ₸ Account only; you add products yourself
Sports kit 46,605 ₸ A small kit for active people
Family Essentials 98,000 ₸ 10 oils in 5 mL bottles
Kit with ATT products 113,930 ₸ Oils plus products from the ATT line
Home Essentials 170,000 ₸ 10 oils in 15 mL bottles + diffuser

The ten oils in Family Essentials and Home Essentials are the same: Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Frankincense, Tea Tree, Oregano, the protective blend On Guard, the respiratory blend Breathe, the digestive blend DigestZen and Deep Blue (5 mL in the large kit). The only differences are bottle size and the diffuser. A 15 mL bottle is about 250 drops, so Home Essentials gives you three times as much oil for less than twice the price. Which kit suits you is covered in a separate article, and there is a detailed Home Essentials review if you are leaning towards the big one.

The numbers in tenge look large, but converted they are close to European prices: Home Essentials costs €328 in Germany and 170,000 ₸ in Kazakhstan. VAT, import duties and logistics to the local warehouse are already in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Enrollment step by step

The Kazakhstan form lives on office.doterra.com. It is the older dōTERRA form — simpler than the European one on shop.doterra.com — and it is fully translated into English and Russian. Here are its screens in order:

  1. On our home page choose Kazakhstan and click the button to go to enrollment. The official dōTERRA form opens at office.doterra.com/Application with EnrollerID=10452588 and Country=KAZ in the address. If it opens in Russian and you prefer English, switch the language in the top corner.
  2. Region and country. The “Region” field already shows Kazakhstan — check it and continue. Here you also pick the account type: Wholesale Customer is the right choice for most people; Wellness Advocate only if you plan to run a business. You can switch later, and the difference is explained in Wholesale Customer vs Wellness Advocate.
  3. Kit. Choose the simple enrollment or one of the kits. Individual products can be added to the same order.
  4. About you. First name, last name, date of birth, e-mail, phone, password. Check the e-mail twice — your member number arrives there, and it is also your login.
  5. Enroller. The field is already filled with our number 10452588 — leave it as it is. It links you to us for help and does not affect the price.
  6. Shipping. Your address in Kazakhstan; the cart shows delivery cost and time.
  7. Payment. Review the order, accept the terms and pay by card. The confirmation and your member number arrive by e-mail within a few minutes.

Every screen with screenshots is in our step-by-step guide. If the form will not let you continue, the cause is almost always a phone number without the country code (+7) or a date of birth in the wrong format — write to us and we will sort it out in a couple of minutes.

Delivery within Kazakhstan

dōTERRA Lemon 15 mL bottle Orders leave the dōTERRA warehouse in Kazakhstan and travel by courier to an address in any city of the country. The form shows the shipping cost and estimated time in the cart before you pay, and the tracking number comes in a separate e-mail. There is no customs and no currency conversion — you pay exactly the amount in tenge that you see in the cart.

After the first order everything else happens in your back office: order history, reordering in two clicks, address and card details, the loyalty program. If the e-mail with your member number goes missing, see how to log in to your dōTERRA account.

Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan

dōTERRA has no warehouse in these countries, and they do not appear in the first list of the form. They are served by the Global Access program: the account is opened through the “Other” option, orders ship from the US warehouse to a forwarder address in the US, and the forwarder sends them on to you. Prices are in dollars: Home Essentials Simple is $206, Healthy Habits $225, Natural Solutions $480. It is slower and more expensive than shipping from the Kazakhstan warehouse, but it is the official route, with no middlemen and no risk of fakes.

People sometimes ask whether they can enroll as Kazakhstan and pick up parcels in Bishkek or Tashkent through friends. Technically that is reshipping, and dōTERRA does not support it: the account is tied to the country of delivery. If you are in Kazakhstan often, you can receive orders there; if not, Global Access is the honest option. Write to us and we will help you choose what works best for you.

Comparing Kazakhstan with other markets

If you are moving from Europe, this is how the same Home Essentials kit compares:

Market Enrollment fee Home Essentials
Kazakhstan 9,260 ₸ 170,000 ₸
Germany €24 €328
United Kingdom £24 £282
Global Access (via the US) — Home Essentials Simple $206

Convert to whatever currency you think in, and the gap between markets turns out to be small, because taxes and logistics to the warehouse are built into every price. Asking someone to “bring it from Europe because it is cheaper there” rarely pays off once you count shipping and the risk of damage; why dōTERRA costs what it does is a separate article. If your next posting takes you to the Gulf, see dōTERRA in the UAE and Israel.

What to order first

dōTERRA Peppermint 15 mL bottle The classic start for a household is Home Essentials at 170,000 ₸: ten 15 mL oils and a diffuser, the best price per bottle. If you want to try everything in a compact form, Family Essentials at 98,000 ₸ with 5 mL bottles lasts a few months — long enough to see which oils you reach for most. If you need just one or two specific oils, take the simple enrollment for 9,260 ₸ and choose freely, for example the first five oils for your home.

Whatever you order, buy from the dōTERRA warehouse rather than marketplaces or social-media shops: a good share of the “discounted dōTERRA” there is fake or has an unknown storage history. Here is how to spot a fake in case you already have a doubtful bottle.

Common questions from Kazakhstan

  • Do I need an IIN or any documents? Not as a Wholesale Customer: just your name, date of birth, e-mail, phone and address. Documents are only needed for advocates who receive commissions.
  • Can I pay with a Kaspi card? The form accepts regular Visa and Mastercard cards; if your Kaspi card runs on one of those networks, it works. Foreign cards from your home bank usually work too. If a payment fails, try another card or write to us.
  • Will someone try to recruit me into the business? No. We only write back when you ask us something. If the business side interests you, we have an honest article on whether you can make money with dōTERRA.

How to start

On our home page choose Kazakhstan — the form opens with our enroller number, you can switch it to English, and five minutes later you have an account with 25% off and your first order on its way from the Kazakhstan warehouse. Questions about the form go through the help form on the home page or Telegram; we reply within a day in English or Russian and enroll people in Kazakhstan regularly.

These statements have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities. dōTERRA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Terms and prices are set by dōTERRA Kazakhstan; current amounts are shown in the enrollment form.

No. A Wholesale Customer account is simply 25% off retail for a year. No minimums, no subscription, no recruiting. The loyalty program is switched on only if you want it.
