What it is and where it comes from

Balance combines conifer and wood oils with a small amount of precious blue oils. Spruce needles and branches give the fresh, resinous forest note; ho wood, a relative of camphor, adds a soft, slightly floral woodiness; frankincense brings warmth and depth. Blue tansy and blue chamomile, both expensive, contribute a sweet herbal note and give the blend a faint blue tint. Osmanthus adds a hint of apricot-like floral sweetness.

The aroma profile is dominated by alpha-pinene and bornyl acetate from the spruce and linalool from the ho wood.
